Cooking for Kids

peanut butter and jelly sandwichPicky kids are no joke. Grown women (and men) can be reduced to tears by the stubborn refusal of a child to allow anything other than peanut butter sandwiches to cross her lips.

Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with peanut butter sandwiches. They are full of protein and fibre and especially if served on multi-grain bread, they make a great healthy choice but nobody in their right mind would want their kid to eat nothing but P&B sarnies for days on end.
